🔐 What exactly is The Lock & Leave Club?

We’re a concierge-style home care membership for seasonal homeowners in Florida. While you’re away, we check your property, send video updates, prep for storms, and ensure everything’s ready before you return — like you never left.

📍 What areas do you serve?

We currently serve The Villages, On Top of the World (OTOW), Stonecrest, and select neighborhoods in Ocala & surrounding areas. If you're nearby but unsure, reach out — we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your location.

🧑‍🔧 Who does the home visits?

Your home is only ever visited by us — Jessica and Jasper, the founders. We're a trusted, local couple with backgrounds in medical care, storm restoration, and property maintenance. You’ll know exactly who's entering your home — no strangers, no rotating staff.

🎥 Do I get proof of the visits?

Yes. Every visit includes an HD video walkthrough with verbal check-in notes and any issues we find — delivered right to your inbox or through your secure client portal.

⛈ What happens if there’s a storm or hurricane?

We offer storm-season readiness and post-storm emergency checks. Our members can add our Storm Package, which includes pre-storm prep and post-storm damage review — with video and photo documentation you can share with insurance if needed.

🔑 How do you access my property?

We store your keys in a secured, locked system. For each visit, your keys are signed in and out, and we never label them with identifying information. Key delivery or vendor access can also be arranged.

💰 Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No. All memberships are month-to-month unless you choose to prepay for a seasonal rate. You can pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice — no pressure, no penalties.

💳 How do I pay?

We send digital invoices monthly or quarterly through our secure portal. Payments can be made by card or ACH. Add-ons are billed as requested.

🚗 Do you check on vehicles too?

Yes — with our select memberships or as a standalone add-on. We’ll check your battery, tires, and even start your vehicle regularly so it’s not dead when you return.

🧼 Can you help prep the home before I come back?

Absolutely. Our Guest & Arrival Prep services include fridge stocking, A/C reset, lanai wipe-down, light cleaning, and more — so you walk into a home that’s ready to enjoy.
