Growing up in Ocala, Jessica & Jasper began to realized something was missing in the world of seasonal home care. The options available to snowbirds — especially in trusted communities like The Villages and On Top of the World — were often cold, inconsistent, or impersonal.
So, they created something better.
The Lock & Leave Club isn’t a generic home watch service. It’s a concierge membership experience, built on trust, professionalism, and peace of mind. Each home we manage receives the kind of attention and care we’d give our own.

Jessica spent years working as a medical assistant, a legal assistant, and a professional cleaner. That unique blend makes her the ultimate guardian of your home: trustworthy, organized, discreet, and detail-obsessed.
She leads all care operations, including return prep, mail collection, walk-through reports, and everything that gives homeowners peace of mind while they’re away.

With a background in storm restoration and real estate, Jasper understands what can go wrong when homes are left unattended — and how to prevent it.
From storm season prep to structural red-flag checks, he brings years of frontline experience protecting Florida homes. His walkthroughs and documentation don’t just “check the box” — they give you and your insurer real visibility and real proof.
